Parent-Tot Class (Co-ed, 30 minutes)
Join your child for 30 minutes of gymnastics instruction and fun. This class is designed for parents and their toddlers to participate together with the guidance of our experienced instructors.
Preschool Classes
   •    2/3 Year Olds (Co-ed, 30 minutes): Boys and girls will enjoy a 30 minute class where they can learn the basics of gymnastics. It's a perfect introduction to gymnastics for young children.
   •    3/4 Year Olds (Co-ed, 45 minutes): Boys and girls will enjoy a fun and engaging 45-minute class where they can learn the basics of gymnastics in an encouraging environment.
Beginner Classes
   •    Girls or Boys (Ages 5-7, 1 hour): This class is for children ages 5 to 7. Our safety-certified instructors will promote learning and make gymnastics fun.
   •    Girls or Boys (Ages 8+, 1 hour): This beginner class is for students ages 8 and over. It offers a great start for older beginners with our knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors.
Intermediate Classes (1 hour 30 minutes)
For students who have completed a beginner class for a minimum of 3 months or recommended by an instructor. 

Our intermediate class offers a 90-minute session where students are challenged with more advanced skills. Our instructors ensure that learning continues to be fun while focusing on safety and skill development.

Advanced Classes (1 hour 30 minutes)

For students who have completed an intermediate class for a minimum of 3 months or recommended by an instructor.

All classes run on a monthly basis, with payments due by the 10th of each month. Students are automatically re-enrolled for the following month unless we receive written notice via email before the end of the current month. This ensures your child’s spot in class is reserved without interruption.
